Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to ensure clarity and transparency in managing cancellations and refunds for any services or subscriptions associated with our platform. Please review the terms below to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Cancellation Policy
- Subscription Cancellations
- Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time by accessing the subscription settings within their account on the Coated Lens platform.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and the subscription will not auto-renew.
- Event Cancellations
- If a user creates or registers for an event and needs to cancel their participation, the following rules apply:
- For Event Organizers: Event cancellation must be requested at least 10 days prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellation requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for refunds.
- For Participants: Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the event start date for a refund to be considered.
- Service Cancellations
- If a brand or client cancels a project or service agreement with a creative professional, the cancellation terms will depend on the agreement mutually set by both parties during onboarding or project initiation.
Refund Policy
- Subscription Refunds
- Subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, users will have access to the platform’s services for the full billing cycle, even if they cancel before the end of the period.
- In the event of a technical issue or failure to access the platform’s services, users may contact support to resolve the issue or request a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
- Event Registration Refunds
- Refunds for event registrations will be processed as follows:
- Full Refund: Available if the cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the event start date.
- Partial Refund: Available if the cancellation request is made between 3 to 6 days before the event. A 20% administrative fee will be deducted.
- No Refund: If the cancellation request is made less than 3 days before the event.
- Service Refunds
- Refunds for services will be governed by the terms set by the respective service provider (creative professional). Coated Lens acts as a facilitator and does not hold responsibility for direct transactions between users.
- Contest Refunds
- Contest entry fees are non-refundable unless the contest is canceled by Coated Lens LLP.
Important Notes
- Coated Lens LLP reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
- In case of disputes, the decision of Coated Lens LLP will be final and binding.
